Cecille Miguel (1970-2025)
Cecille Del Rosario Miguel was only 55 when she passed away after a devastating car accident in Battleground, WA on Wednesday evening November 12th, 2025. She was on her way to work, doing what she loved which was to care for others. She was born on March 3rd, 1970 in La Paz, Tarlac, her home town in the Philippines to mother Violeta Pangan Dela Cruz, and father Pedro Santos Del Rosario. She was the life of the party the moment she was born, being the 6th amongst 8 siblings. Cecille has always reached for the stars, achieving multitudes, and managed to create a deeply meaningful, albeit short life. Spending most of her adolescent life going to school in La Paz, she graduated as valedictorian at San Isidro Elementary School (1983), and as salutatorian at Great Easter Institute (1987). As a young adult, she finished 3 levels in B.S. Psychology at Perpetual Help College of Arts & Sciences (1990) and finally she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Perpetual Help College of Nursing (1994). She went onwards to build her career from Kuwait (1995-2001) to the United States (2002-2025), working in various hospitals around Chicago, IL and Vancouver, WA, all while raising 4 daughters, and eventually 6 children altogether. At the latter part of her life, she even managed to own multiple businesses to boot! Cecille lived every day fulfilling her ultimate mission, which was to touch the heart of every person to cross paths with her through her generosity and healing aura. Her medicine was singing karaoke, she had a green thumb, was a natural cook, and would never go without leaving at least one compliment. Her work ethic was unstoppable as she spent her days sharing her hard earned wealth with those closest to her. May her life forever inspire us all to live in our truth and to pour, as well as receive, love in every aspect of our own lives. Cecille is preceded by her mother Violeta Dela Cruz(2021) and survived by her husband Sergio, and daughters Psalm, Jewel, and Amee Indino, Lyric(Jozef) Knepper, sons Gio and Raki, and granddaughter Onyx.
